When the repair was completed, they cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they had been there except for the shiny new pvc pipe. Super prompt and professional, cheerful even! They were able to do both parts (removal and installation) in one day, no need for a second appointment. They did a wonderful job! Hiller is nothing short of a blessing! Within an hour after calling about an emergency stating my father’s heat and power to his unit was out, they had a technician out. On a SUNDAY! I wish I could remember his name. Super super sweet guy. He was extremely knowledgeable and wouldn’t leave until he knew the issue and that my dad would be safe. They decided it was best to just replace the entire unit. He said they would send someone out first thing the next morning. Brandon came out to work the financing part of everything with my dad and I. Was super sweet and fast! He told us they would get to work first thing the next morning. Within two days start to finish, my dad had heat. Jermaine, Mike and their crew come out to save the day! Everyone from the ladies in the office to technicians to the crew, were so sweet and fast. The next day Adrian Flowers and his crew with Hiller company was installing a brand new unit and within the hour we had heat. Needed a 220/240 volt 50 amp (NEMA 14-50) outlet installed in my garage for my son’s Tesla EV, when he visits. Gabe Salazar did the install and was friendly, professional and efficient every step of the way. He inspected all wiring in breaker box to ensure everything was to code and scanned for hot spots. He also added screws to the cover (original contractor only had 2 of 6 screws to hold panel in place). I am very pleased this could be done prior to the holidays when the EV will need charging upon my son’s arrival. Close

Work was very good, the plumber was nice, friendly, seemed very competent and knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. No complaints at all about him. Was unhappy with the charges at first, but the general manager and I worked out a good resolution. He was friendly, listened well, and very interested in my satisfaction, and even told me to contact him personally if I had any issues. Very good company who puts customer satisfaction above all. First off this is why I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Hiller. We bought a fixer upper house in TN which if the power was off for over a year then a state inspection must be done which we failed miserably. I called an electrician from the BBB site and he kindly came out and after assessing the situation, told me that it would be too big of a task for him alone to complete and recommended a company that has a crew. Well after 2 days of trying to get someone out to assess the situation and their never getting back to me, we called 2 other companies. One would be the next day and the other was Hiller that came out right away. Now mind you, this is summer and we'd already been living in the house with No power for AC. I appreciated that Chance and Luke came out right away. And not only did they assess the situation but had a recommendation to move our meter away from the big tree and branches of its current position to avoid issues down the road. Keith the finance guy and project manager came out later to discuss cost and financing. The next day I was blown away because there were so many electricians out here - Luke, Daniel, Blake, Gabe and Chance to work on switching out our old fuse box and replacing it with a new updated one but also moving the meter! I was highly impressed with their professionalism and kind manners in the heat. Keith even came out to make sure everything was going well and to let me know that If I ever needed anything to call him. Once the 2 projects were approved by a state inspector, Luke and Daniel (and Zach one of those times) came back out 3 more times to finish up the electrical work so it would pass state inspection but when they saw other issues like improper and burnt wires they went above board and replaced them to make sure that we would be safe (they Really DO care about their customers!) Near the end of it all we discovered that my "handyman" wasn't so handy after all and messed up alot of the plumbing under the house so Luke called Keith for me and Kenneth came out immediately to try to get us some hot water. He ended up having to come back the next morning to finish. This is getting quite lengthy so I won't get into all of the details of the rest of the financing for this but I will say that there truly ARE Angels that work for Hiller!! I am overwhelmed with gratitude for each and everyone of these fine gentlemen have done for us and that includes Keith's boss who had to approve of all of the changes made with the financing. I have already been recommending this fine company by word of mouth! Let's just say that they... especially Keith, Luke, Daniel, and Kenneth far exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and extreme kindness. Thank You ALL so much! This wonderful team replaced my old ratty AC with a complete new system. It took only about 4 hours. The result is amazing! These gentlemen were not only excellent in their work, they were the kindest and friendliest, answering my questions as they went along. Then, today, Jesse, Andy, Corey and Adrian came and replaced the hot water heater and the venting for the water heater AND the furnace, making my home safe and up to code. We had water damage and could not determine the source of the leak. Called Hiller. They sent out two lead technicians, Jesse and Kenneth from Jackson TN. The guys performed a few tests and within minutes found AND fixed the leak. They saved me thousands of dollars because another company told me it looked like a slab leak!. Jesse and Kenneth were fast, professional and courteous. They put on the shoe bootys to help protect our hardwood floors without being asked as well. That afternoon, Keith came over to discuss our options for a repair or new unit. He was absolutely amazing. He broke down what had to be done to explain every step so I could understand and choose the best option for my family. He was patient, kind and willing to do whatever he could to help us make the best decision. They were prompt, fixing the unit within three days. I work during the week and couldn’t be there the whole time, and once again, Keith kept me updated with every step including pictures. He ran a heat load and measured the square footage to ensure we had the right capacity, and then he worked very hard to give us an affordable quote and to get the unit installed as quickly as possible. He took the time to answer all of our questions, and he came on the day of the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly. We felt he took very good care of us! Mike Nelson and his installation crew showed up when they said they would, cheerfully greeted us, put down plastic to protect our floors, and got our unit installed faster than we expected. I have spent big money with Hiller. They have been the only company who has had their hands on my property for all things they service. I love the people they send. They are qualified and competent and just good people. Unfortunately, it appears they don’t value me as a customer. 3x they have built estimates for jobs that could have been completed prior. They say, well we only did this but they leave me with the impression that what needs fixing is completely fixed steer a job. Today was the final straw. They came to do a job and come to find out the last job they did was not completely finished…but I was told that it was. I feel like they do this on purpose to gain more money from a customer. It’s unacceptable. They didn’t even take pictures of the last job they did so the people that came today didn’t know nothing about nothing and had to actually traverse my entire crawl space to see what ACTUALLY was done. Update: I received a call from the GM, Mr, Nicolas, who, with great compassion and empathy, scheduled to have the issues above taken care the very next day (yesterday) after seeing this review. Getting a call from a higher up was unexpected and alerted me to how serious they take customer complaints. I’m very appreciative of how he took time to listen to my concerns and suggestions. Hiller sent the same techs, and they, Corey and Gavin were Rock Stars!! I love how personable and competent their techs are and would request these two, if services are needed, again. After careful consideration, we have decided to continue a working relationship with Hiller. Thanks again! Close

Our house has a concrete foundation, which had all the water lines under the concrete. About 2 years ago we had a water leak in our bedroom. We emptied out room, pulled up the new flooring, and jackhammered a hole in the concrete to repair the water leak by brazing the hole shut in the copper water line. Well the leak came back last week in the same place. I called Hiller and they sent a guy out. I told him this time I was NOT going to jackhammer a hole in the concrete floor again and he told me about the slab elimination process they have. So they sent out a crew and they ran new water lines from the water meter and above the ceiling bypassing all the copper lines under the concrete slab. They hooked all the water fixtures back up and checked everything. The job took 3 full days. I’m very happy with the work! I’ll never have to worry about water leaking below my concrete floor again. I had a pipe start leaking and decided to redo my plumbing. I called Hiller and they sent out some techs to appraise and help get it started. The workers Seth Walls and Henry Wiseman have done amazing work. Part of the job was replacing the hot water heater that wasn’t heating properly. The hot water heater hadn’t been touched since it was installed roughly 10 years ago. They found that a wire on the hot water heater had come loose and was sparking, and when they flipped the breaker, noticed that a wire had come loose on the breaker. They tightened the wire and replaced the hot water heater, and that more than likely saved my families life. They have been very professional and very kind me and my family. My kids ask a lot of questions and they were more than nice enough to answer them. My family and I appreciate Hiller and their workers for their quality work and their kind hearted nature. If we need anything else done, we will be sure to call Hiller first. Close

He was SUPER helpful with diagnosing the problem (the fan went out after almost 10 years) and even went ahead and did a tune up on the A/C system. He walked me through everything he checked while doing diagnostics and was extremely informative. Now I'm sitting and writing this review while the house FINALLY cools off. I had what appeared to be leaks in both hose bibs. I called Hiller on a Tuesday morning and Blake Lewis came out by that afternoon to determine what repairs were required and to give me an estimate, an estimate which I felt was quite reasonable given the amount of work required, that is cutting into walls to find and repair the problem. He called the office to arrange the repairs the very next afternoon. Wednesday afternoon, Blake arrived with Ethan, exactly when promised. (Hiller Techs are always on time, oftentimes arriving early.). Blake and Ethan were professional and polite, typical of all Hiller Techs. The work was done within the promised time frame and after completion, they double-checked their work not once by twice. Excellent job done by highly competent professionals Close

Kenneth Durbin was the technician sent out by Hiller Plumbing and Heating to do the repairs. He was kind and performed his work with great care and completeness. He was very thorough with his inspection which led us to sign up for the preventive maintenance program. We were totally impressed and satisfied with this work. I give Hiller a grade of 4.9. Always courteous and kind! Very timely for my water leak inside the wall. Very professional! Have always taken the time to explain to me what they are doing and why. Not always the cheapest option but I am sure that you have heard “you get what you pay for”! I’d rather pay a little (very little) extra and feel confident that the job is don’t right the first time! I have never had to have them come back out to fix an issue that they have worked on previously! I’ve been using Hiller for several years and will continue to do so. Thanks, Hiller! Close

Hiller Heating and Air was able to schedule installation of my heating and a/c within a few days. They arrived at the scheduled time each morning. We received a text each day with the time of arrival and a picture of the technician that would be working that day. We also received a daily courtesy call to let us know that the technicians were in route. The technicians were professional and respectful of our property. They did a wonderful job on our project. I would recommend Hiller to anyone. Close
