Outstanding Service from Ibzan and the Hiller Team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Hiller last week! On a chilly night with temperatures dropping into the 40s, I came home to discover smoke billowing out of my HVAC heating unit - definitely not what you want to see when you need heat the most! I immediately called Hiller, and technician Ibzan came to my rescue. From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem, handled the situation with calm confidence, and had my heat restored in no time. What really impressed me was how friendly and personable Ibzan was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening with my system. His knowledge and customer service skills are absolutely exceptional. Ibzan is such a wonderful representative of Hiller - he embodies their slogan perfectly: "Happy You'll Be or the Service is Free!" I was so impressed with his service that I signed up for the Happy Hiller Club monthly support program right then and there. Hiller of Cookeville-I had multiple people out today and they all did a phenomenal job. Brock with Hiller Heating and Cooling! Him and the crew went above and beyond when helping with our septic tank issue. Not only did they expertly dig it out, but they also tackled the unexpected challenge of a tree trunk that was blocking access. They didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, and his hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. And if you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, Paul is your guy. He’s always been dependable and dedicated when it comes to our septic system, but today he went above and beyond in a way most wouldn’t. Faced with a major issue in an older system, he didn’t hesitate he got in and did what had to be done, even jumping into the septic tank to remove a massive root blocking things up. That’s not just hard work, that’s commitment. Paul is knowledgeable, fearless, and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever met. Close

I am so pleased that Jerry Hiller insured that his staff corrected a deficiency on our Rinnai tankless water heater. We had it installed 2 years ago and it took up to 6 minutes for hot water in our kitchen and bath. We found out from other plumbers that the Rinnai did not have a recirculating element. Called Rinnai & they said our model did not have that element vs when we had it done in a previous location the company installed the model with the recirculating element. It was going to cost us upwards of $6K to have a plumber do this. I wrote Jerry Hiller and addressed such issues as when we had it installed no one told us there was different models, etc. and also addressed the importance of explaining to customers various options. Jerry Hiller went in to immediate positive action contacting the Cookeville team. Within days I was contacted by Ronnie who told me Jason would come out to do an assessment. He also stated that they would put an additional element underneath the furtherest bath. This was all done at no cost to us. Now we have hot water in seconds. Many thanks to Jerry, Ronnie, and Jason for being willing to go that extra mile to make corrections on behalf of the customer. VERY IMPRESSIVE! Close
