We had a new dishwasher installed from Patterson Appliances. The installer & the pipe broke. The materials were old. He could not repair & so we called Hiller as we have used before with good results. The repairman came within an hour & fixed the problem to our satisfaction. It was Labor Day & I am recovering from recent surgery. Having our water restored was great! Our repairman was very informative & explained what needed to be done. Close

Hiller came out and found the issue right away and fixed the problem same day, within 1/2 hour. Scott was very helpful and courteous. Explained everything and advised additional recommendations to improve the piping in our home. Even after the clog was opened, they kept working to remove all of it. This is the cleanest our kitchen pipe has drained since we purchased our home. The amount charged was very reasonable. Paul from Hiller came to our house and was here on time, really friendly to deal with and he was able to help get us taken care of quickly. We bought our home a year ago and the toilet in our master bath was always slow to flush. Sadly it was overflowing and we couldn't clear it ourselves. Paul came out and found that 26 feet into the drain line there was a blockage. He was able to get the entire thing cleared out for us and showed us what he did so we understood the process. These type of repairs aren't cheap but the quality of their work makes it worth it! We are really glad we called Hiller to get this repair done and would definitely use them again. Hiller sent expert specialists, technicians, and a project manager to my home to discuss my hot water issues, to include all facets of switching from a tank to tankless water heater, which I subsequently requested they install. During the discussions, I also requested the installation of a whole house water filtration system in addition to my request to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Work expertly accomplished. Great company, and highly skilled team of folks across the board; they did a fantastic job. I am am a VERY happy customer. UPDATE: Anthony and his expert technician installed a dehumidifier on 27 July 2022; my review stands, outstanding service and crew!
