Not only did they expertly dig it out, but they also tackled the unexpected challenge of a tree trunk that was blocking access. And if you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, Paul is your guy. He’s always been dependable and dedicated when it comes to our septic system, but today he went above and beyond in a way most wouldn’t. Faced with a major issue in an older system, he didn’t hesitate he got in and did what had to be done, even jumping into the septic tank to remove a massive root blocking things up.
