Jacob and Quez did a phenomenal job! I bought a new hot tub and needed an electrician to install the 220v electrical box and wire up the tub. They did a great job. They did a great job running the conduit and everything looks nice and clean. They take pride in their work and it shows. When they were done, they showed me what they had done and we fired up the hot tub to make sure everything was working. Not only did they do a great job, they were just a couple of nice guys. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. It was clear they enjoy what they do and that they are good at it. I would not hesitate to recommend either of them. If the day comes I need an electrician again, I hope one of them will be the one that comes out. Close

We recently had our HVAC system (indoor and outdoor units) replaced by a fantastic duo team from Hiller; Nor and Anthony. Both technicians were very knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. The outdoor unit required leveling of a new base before replacement. The indoor unit required a challenging replacement on the second floor inside a restricted storage/access area. Both replacements were completed thoroughly and professionally. The after testing was impressive and attention to detail was noted. Both technicians kept us updated on the job's progress start to finish. Shout out to Anthony's base leveling landscaping and Nor's insistent drive for an outstanding job completion. Considering the event began with a heating issue/prevention checkup of our over 18 year old system and the interaction with the project manager Dave, we are more than satisfied! Kudos to all involved and thank you Hiller! Update: Many thanks to Solomon and Kirk coming out the very next day for a final checkup and inspection. Combined, these techs did an outstanding job of insuring all was properly installed. Our HVAC setup is running great! Close

A tree limb fell across the power lines to my house. The force pulled the wires loose from the electrical panel. I knew this was serious and needed experienced people to repair it. I called Hiller early Monday morning. The person who I talked with understood the seriousness of problem. She assured me that someone would come to my house that day. Jacob came to my house later in day. He was very professional and immediately began assessing the problem. He told me that it needed to be repaired immediately. He talked with his manager, who agreed with his assessment. Hiller contacted my power company to turn off the power to my house. Jacob gathered up the needed equipment and went to work. Jacob was a very experienced professional and a really nice person. He kept me informed during the night. When he had repaired the electrical panel and wires, he notified my power of company to come to reconnect my power. I highly recommend Hiller if you need help any electrical needs. Close

The folks at Hiller did an awesome job in replacing our furnace and AC unit. I had another HVAC company out twice to diagnose our furnace. Both times that company failed to correctly assess the issue we were having. They had no problem charging with the service call. Hiller responded and provided us with information, so we could make an informed decision. That decision was to replace both the furnace and AC at the same time. Within several days, we had the new unit installed by a very courteous, competent, and professional crew. Noureddine and the other install crew treated us very well and we feel confident we made the right choice in choosing Hiller. Hiller was recommended to us by a neighbor and I can unequivocally recommend them and their employees who obviously show pride in a job well done. Close

Giving five stars to Brandon and his partner for coming today, 3 days after Stephen installed new electrical panel and left wires exposed that State Inspector also saw yesterday and did not approve either. I called Tuesday after crew left stating wires are exposed to crawl space and didn’t look correct and was told they’d come back Wednesday. Nobody came. I called again. Was told he’d come today between 1-3 pm. Nobody came, I called again. Finally, Brandon and his partner arrived later today and corrected the issue and also took time to take off surge cover and hang correctly. We had to ask what that box even was as Stephen did not show us anything and we didn’t know why that box was installed too. Warranty paperwork? Not sure we got that either. We went above and beyond to show southern hospitality to Stephen on Tuesday as we do for anyone we have to call to work in our home because we appreciate the service, but this was ridiculous service.. He failed to show us his work and seemed hurried to leave around 2 pm that day. If he had been more professional and thorough, the last three days of frustration might’ve been avoided! Brandon and his partner worked well together, and they are a valuable asset to Hiller and need to be praised for their much appreciated care and concern. We are on a budget as most folks and just want what we paid for to be correctly installed and worth the cost. We Will request Brandon to come if we need electrical help in the future, but we hope we won’t need to call. Close

They had Jimmy Tidd at the house within a couple of hours. He promptly called to tell me about what his arrival time would be and called me again when was 20 minutes away. After assessing the situation he let me know that I would need to replace the hot water heater and that it would be Monday before they could get to it. While this is not ideal, I understood and expected that would be the case. Hiller called me on Saturday to tell me that I was on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Close

Upon arrival, Teddy listened to the history, inspected the unit and gave me his preliminary thoughts. After completing a thorough inspection, he provided me with a detailed plan, an explanation of why the plan was in place, and then how much it would cost to execute the plan and fix the A/C. Once the cool air was in our house, Teddy continued to test and stayed to make sure all was functioning well. Justin came out to look at our unit, explained to us exactly what the problem was, and had Brian come out to give us the best deal we could get in replacing our whole 2007 unit. Brian was incredibly helpful and heard everything I was saying and helped get us into a new unit with all the safety features our old one did not have! He had Dustin and 2 other guys with them install our units and fix our ducts. They were so clean throughout the whole day, even though it rained the whole time they were here!!! I had a work issue with a stopped up drain line. Nobody could get to us in a timely manner, it was going to be an after hours call and estimated to be around 6-7 PM. I received a phone call at 3:08 PM from Jared at Hiller Plumbing. He told me he would be on site in 30 minutes and almost exactly to the minute, he arrived at 3:35 and within an hour he had fixed the issue, double checked his work and also gave me some advice and pointers that would help in the event this issue ever arose again. He cleaned everything up, made sure i was happy and satisfied with the work and was out of my life, at least for now. Pretty sure I will be seeing Jarred and Hiller plumbing again in the future. Always professional, great at walking us through what was done, making sure we understand and allow us time to ask questions, and making sure we understand proper maintenance to avoid future problems. They are all fast and efficient, but most of all careful, safe and so nice and personable. The local office contacted me upon opening was again, responsive, professional, polite and very knowledgeable about coordinating the scheduling to ensure as quick of a response possible. Then, the plumber, John contacted me via phone with an ETA, he was so confused prepared with everything needed to resolve my disastrous plumbing problem. He identified it, gave me a detailed quote, explained everything, fairly priced the job at hand, was competent (which these days seems hard to find), courteous, worked extremely well with his associate, left the job site cleaned with my home prepared for my house to have running hot water. They then referred the issue to the General Manager of our local office who reached out to me on the same day. He apologized, and agreed that their minimum charge for service in this case wasn't fair. We then arrived at an equitable figure, and he agreed to adjust my charge. I really appreciate them following up with me, and making a sincere effort to make it right. They were very professional, and appreciated my feedback as I believe their goal is to learn from each comment - good or bad. I'm feeling much more comfortable being a member of their maintenance club having witnesses their commitment to customer service. By the way, they never asked me to change my review - I'm doing this of my own volition. Originally the review below was a 3 star - after my experience with them in resolving this, I changed it to a 5 star review: "Joined the Happy Hiller maintenance Club. Had an HVAC inspection and a very nice technician did a great job evaluating our system, and found we had a tear in one of our ducts, and heat was spilling into our attic. We have a home warranty, so we asked him if he could fix it temporarily - and he said he could. It only took him about 10 minutes of labor, and some duct tape - the charge? $269.00 - at that included my discount for being a member of the maintenance Club. After fidgeting with one for about 2 hours we realized we needed help. We called Hiller the next day and just a few hours later they showed up! "Quez" Johnson sped through our kitchen replacing seven outlets total and did a fantastic job! He was even patient with me coming and going from Home Depot to get a few things I forgot ?. Woke up in the morning to find out I had no hot water. Thinking my pilot light was out, I went up into my attic where my hot water heater is located to relight the pilot. To my surprise, not only was the pilot light out, but I had standing water in my drip pan and a flowing leak from my temperature relief valve. Knowing I needed immediate help, I scheduled an appointment with Hiller online around 7:30 AM, and by 1:00 PM, William Gough arrived at my home to assess the situation. He quickly identified my water pressure was extremely high (120 PSI) and explained I needed to get it fixed immediately, not only to solve my water heater issue, but to prevent any further water related damage that could occur with that high level of pressure. He mentioned he could schedule a new heater to be installed if I desired it, but thought it might be possible to flush it and get it back into working order instead of replacing it, especially once I had my water pressure issue taken care of. He scheduled his team to come out to further evaluate and perform the required services. Later that day, Frank Croce and Chad arrived at my home earlier than their scheduled time. Upon further inspection, Frank found that water and sediment had already damaged the water heater insulation and its bottom (see photos), and he recommended a full replacement - he and Chad could do the flush and repair on it, but I would be on borrowed time before it started leaking again. I took Frank's advice and went ahead with replacing the water heater. Frank and Chad immediately got to work on installing my new water heater, as well as replacing my pressure regulating valve on my main water line downstairs to solve my water pressure issue. Within a few hours, they had me all fixed up (see photos of new water heater and PRV). I now have 60 PSI water pressure, hot water, and most importantly no leaks! Frank, Chad, and William were an absolute pleasure to work with and I truly appreciate all of their help. I'm extra appreciative because I understand working in a hot attic is not easy or comfortable, and not once did they complain about it even though they had every right to. All of these gentlemen went above and beyond the call of duty and deserve recognition for it. As a first time customer of Hiller, I was extremely impressed and will most certainly be calling on them for other services in the future. I hope Frank, Chad, and William will be the ones helping me again as well. Thank you, Team Hiller! Close

They came, checked the situation and within 3 days, completed the installation.
