If we could give Jason Johnson personally, 10 stars, we would. Jason, we are so sorry you are out so late helping people. We are truly grateful for you, your knowledge, and commitment. However, Hiller, overall, I am honestly not that happy with (it’s only due to Jason that I’m giving 4 stars ?). We have had Hiller out here multiple times over the last 6 years, with the same problems. I have expressed all of the signs of a backed up septic, but no one ever checked that. It took contaminated water backing up into my bathtubs, and leaking pipes that have now contaminated drywall in our basement, that of course now we have to tear those down and replace, for the problem to be properly addressed. The only thing that needs improvement is letting the customer know for certain that an item is available. Ex: I needed electric heating tape for my pipes. The lady who set up my appointment assured me that the technician would have it and install it, but when he arrived, he said they do not carry it. The tech arrived and I was going to leave (due to anxiety and there was another adult here in case the tech needed something) but Scott Kilgore (tech) assured me everything was fine. He made me feel better about everything and had the issue fixed within the hour. I couldn't be any happier and now I can breath again. I called Monday October 23, Tuesday morning October 24 a project manager came out and gave me an estimate by Friday October 27 at noon I had a brand new HVAC unit. Paul from Hiller came to our house and was here on time, really friendly to deal with and he was able to help get us taken care of quickly. We bought our home a year ago and the toilet in our master bath was always slow to flush. Sadly it was overflowing and we couldn't clear it ourselves. Paul came out and found that 26 feet into the drain line there was a blockage. He was able to get the entire thing cleared out for us and showed us what he did so we understood the process. These type of repairs aren't cheap but the quality of their work makes it worth it! We are really glad we called Hiller to get this repair done and would definitely use them again. During the discussions, I also requested the installation of a whole house water filtration system in addition to my request to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Work expertly accomplished. Great company, and highly skilled team of folks across the board; they did a fantastic job. I am am a VERY happy customer.
