I figured I would call and get on the books as I figured with the temperatures starting to cool down it might take a minute to get scheduled… I was wrong. I called Monday October 23, Tuesday morning October 24 a project manager came out and gave me an estimate by Friday October 27 at noon I had a brand new HVAC unit. Everyone from the office staff to the technicians were super nice and helpful. I highly recommend Hiller Electrical and Plumbing. I know that I will use them for all of my house projects from now on. Paul from Hiller came to our house and was here on time, really friendly to deal with and he was able to help get us taken care of quickly. We bought our home a year ago and the toilet in our master bath was always slow to flush. Sadly it was overflowing and we couldn't clear it ourselves. Paul came out and found that 26 feet into the drain line there was a blockage. He was able to get the entire thing cleared out for us and showed us what he did so we understood the process. These type of repairs aren't cheap but the quality of their work makes it worth it! We are really glad we called Hiller to get this repair done and would definitely use them again. During the discussions, I also requested the installation of a whole house water filtration system in addition to my request to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Work expertly accomplished. Great company, and highly skilled team of folks across the board; they did a fantastic job. I am am a VERY happy customer.
