We have had several problems since installing our AC unit with Hiller 4 years ago. Here is where Hiller did an outstanding job righting a wrong. I contacted Hiller in Nashville and was connected with Kirk, a manager. He came to our house, inspected everything and within 2 weeks we had a new unit and ductwork. His initiative and genuine concern showed the entire time I dealt with him. He stayed in contact and when the job was done he came out with a crew and personally inspected every square inch of the work they completed. I was not happy with Hiller in the beginning but Kirk turned that all around by his level of attention and understanding. VERY happy with what was done to get everything right! Close

Jason Farmer got out quickly when our HVAC died in the middle of sub freezing temperature in Nashville. He was kind, educational, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job. He had the part that was needed already in his truck and once he got the furnace to work again, he waited with it for a while to make sure it wouldn’t kick and it was in good working shape. He also took multiple voltage measurements throughout the process to make sure it was consistently hitting the right target. I’m always skeptical of anyone in the housing repair industry since I’ve had plenty of bad experiences and Jason was above and beyond and the pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely falling back if/when there’s an issue. Close

Our appointment was scheduled for 8-12 Jerry shows up 8:10. He spent about an hour going through everything with our air conditioner. Then he diagnosed problem accurately and had to drive to Nashville to pick parts up. Comes back installs parts and presto we have air conditioner working again. Whole process took til 2:40pm so is a miracle to get it all fixed in one day! I am positive any other company would have been a few days wait. When I say this I can back it up as Hiller was the second place I called. First place misdiagnosed problem as a thermal valve that would take 5 days to get. So do yourselves a favor and call Hiller first as those guys with rescue in the name will shipwreck and bankrupt you. Least Hiller is honest and reasonable! Close

I have been a member of the Happy Hiller Club for several years. Recently my AC stopped blowing cold air and it got pretty toasty inside the house. I called the office and spoke to Aubry. She directed me to turn off my unit and then scheduled me for a technician visit the next morning at 8am. I was so relieved! No one wants AC issues in Nashville in the summer. Ben Kelley arrived right on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed me up. The house was cool in no time. These guys are life savers!! Close

Matt serviced my home on 8/19/2022 in the East Nashville area. He was on time, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, explained the services needed well (and provided pictures) throughout the entire maintenance service. One issue required a second employee and they were quick to respond and assist Matt. It was an expensive tab but well worth every penny. I would trust Hiller with all your heating and cooling needs!
