I called Hiller after my AC stopped working for an emergency service call over the weekend. The customer service rep was so pleasant to work with and scheduled me for their next available appointment. I knew going into the repair that it was likely my system would need to be replaced as it was well past it's life span, so I asked if instead of just quoting repairs if Hiller would also quote replacing the system as well. They came out the next day, providing the quotes, and I went forward with replacing the system, which happened the next day. Unfortunately, the technicians ran into some issues with the install, so it ended up taking two additional days, but they made sure to bring portable AC units to help keep the house comfortable while they continued the work. And in the end, despite the extra labor and parts needed to complete the job, I was only invoiced exactly the estimated cost I agreed to. Overall, I am incredibly happy with the service Hiller provided, and will use them again for maintenance in the future. Close

Called Hiller hoping to have an appointment next week and they told me someone could be out in a couple hours. Tech was right on time, was courteous and friendly. Explained the issues in layman’s terms and thoroughly explained my options. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 45 minutes. Probably would have been less but I’m a talker. Price was reasonable. My wife and I had been dealing with a plumbing problem with our toilet for 2 years and I finally said enough is enough. On Friday, June the 3rd I called Hiller. On Monday at the time of our appointment, we met Dwight Smith their technician. I will start by saying this, Dwight Smith has 30 years experience and without question is a 5 Star technician. He is truly a professional. He repaired our toilet and resolved our issue from previous work performed by another plumber. While he was here we asked about the repair of a leaky faucet on a whirlpool garden tub. This is not a ordinary type faucet repair and once again, Dwight put his experience and knowledge to work. His work was once again super. Dwight was on time for both work orders, conducted himself in a professional manner at all times while providing 5 STAR service. I'm sure Hiller is proud to have him on board and we are very pleased they sent us a technician with his skill level and knowledge. Chris showed up very promptly for our appointment and was friendly and professional. He explained each thing he needed to do. The check up didn’t take long. He found a capacitor not functioning at full capacity. He explained the reason it should be replaced (sooner rather than later). The repair was discounted since I am part of the Happy Hiller maintenance program- and was therefore very affordable. He was in and out in half an hour. And I now have the rest of the afternoon to finish my errands. ? I am very happy with the service and will continue to use Hiller for future needs as they arise. Close
