Hiller was able to get a tech right out to us when our A/C unit died. He was great, checked out the system out and showed & explained everything to me while he troubleshot. We ended up needing a new system and they were able to get someone out that night to go over all the options. Very low pressure which I really appreciated. They were even able to get us installed the next day, which was perfect. The install team was awesome and left things looking better than before they arrived. Really pleased with the whole experience and everyone we dealt with. We will definitely continue to do business with Hiller. Close

Was available to fix a leaky water pipe. Repair man was professional and knowledgeable. Small leak was repaired within an hour and a half. Great work, however, the price was EXTREMELY high. Almost twice what I paid for the same repair from another plumber (Madison Plumbing). Definitely would not use them again due to the high price. Revised: Hiller refunded a $150 to match prices I had paid for similar repairs in the past. Overall excellent service, however I still believe they are higher priced that some other options. Rating raised from 3 stars to 4 stars. Close

We had a main line break after a car drove too close to the city box. Our fault, no big deal. We called Hiller around 4:45 pm. And by 6:30 pm, their tech arrived and started working. He was charming, helpful, and fast. He explained the issue, without making us feel silly. He was done by 8 pm. Professional, kind, and quick. He took pictures of the whole process and sent them to us. I feel very confident in his work, and satisfied with the service. Excellent experience for such a stressful issue. Close

The team for both projects were super professional and I appreciate their hard work in this Alabama humidity. The team lead , mr Ford, provided honesty and great customer service. Thank you. However, I’m sitting here waiting on someone from the company to inform me of when the inspector will come to my house. It would have been nice if someone would contact me and say the inspector is running behind or a to schedule a time/date. I still haven’t paid for the project and the money in my account is calling me to spend it on something else. Come on y’all. It’s not that hard. Close

Update 1/14/2020 They found my water pressure regulator had gone bad and water pressure was over 100 psi. They installed a new pressure regulator for a fair price. Update 4/29/2021. I gave them a 2nd chance and I'm glad I did. I noticed water in my crawl space so I called Hiller. Chance Draper came out and within a few minutes identified the problem, my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Chance replaced the water heater and now the leak is solved. The only thing I can think of I would change is they should ask if I have a preference on the water heater I would like to have installed (They didn’t ask, they just installed the brand they always do I guess) I would have wanted the smart water heater that is Alexa enabled, it would notify me via my phone if there was a water leak. Other than that they are perfect. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone I gave up. Close
