Hiller replaced our main floor HVAC. Corey came out and discussed our options and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the different AC unit features. We had multiple quotes from different companies, but Corey was able to match the competitors price while providing a superior unit (20 SEER vs 18 SEER) and Hiller was able to install the unit the next day. Nick came out to install the unit and did a great job. We had some issues with our Nest thermostats and the Bosch compatibility and Hiller replaced both thermostats with new Ecobees at no additional charge! They also stayed late due to rolling power outages. Great service and would recommend Hiller to family and friends. Close

Alex was great. He was very professional, courteous, and explained the reason for the pressure fluctuations in my water system. His diagnosis was spot on and his repair was fairly quick. The only reason I took off one star was because of the cost. Needless to say, I had sticker shock when I got the price. For a $200 valve, I thought the total would be a lot less than $900 given a 2 hour repair. The only justification for the high cost was that I got a 2 year warranty. Keep in mind that my first valve went 19 years even if it was a contractor cheapo. Close

He was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done and why, provided a very competitive quote, and was able to complete all of the work that very afternoon. He cleaned up after himself, inspected his work, and explained to me how the new system works as well as how to maintain it properly. Hiller was able to get a tech right out to us when our A/C unit died. He was great, checked out the system out and showed & explained everything to me while he troubleshot. We ended up needing a new system and they were able to get someone out that night to go over all the options. Very low pressure which I really appreciated. They were even able to get us installed the next day, which was perfect. The install team was awesome and left things looking better than before they arrived. Really pleased with the whole experience and everyone we dealt with. We will definitely continue to do business with Hiller. Close

Almost twice what I paid for the same repair from another plumber (Madison Plumbing). Definitely would not use them again due to the high price. Revised: Hiller refunded a $150 to match prices I had paid for similar repairs in the past. Overall excellent service, however I still believe they are higher priced that some other options. Update 1/14/2020 They found my water pressure regulator had gone bad and water pressure was over 100 psi. They installed a new pressure regulator for a fair price. Update 4/29/2021. I gave them a 2nd chance and I'm glad I did. I noticed water in my crawl space so I called Hiller. Chance Draper came out and within a few minutes identified the problem, my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. Chance replaced the water heater and now the leak is solved. The only thing I can think of I would change is they should ask if I have a preference on the water heater I would like to have installed (They didn’t ask, they just installed the brand they always do I guess) I would have wanted the smart water heater that is Alexa enabled, it would notify me via my phone if there was a water leak. Other than that they are perfect. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone I gave up. Close
