From call in to fixed was a total of 7 hours. Blake was professional and got right after it. Truly outstanding. Love being able to expect and receive a repeatable experience. We had an amazing experience with Hiller. They worked us into their full schedule due to us having a newborn and it being an emergency. They sent out someone to take a look and did not charge us until they completing the job. Their tech not leave until the problem was fixed. Our electrician Gabriel even stayed extra time so we could have heat in our house for the night until he could come back the next morning to fix the issue and then also spoke to our warranty company. I definitely recommend them they are so kind and get the job done the correct way. I also like that they offer a membership to come to your home once a month and check that everything is working as it should. Will definitely be using them in the future! Close

Had an issue with my water heater, so I set up a water heater repair call yesterday. Today, Tony came out and unfortunately found out my heater was done, but we were able to get and install a new water heater at a reasonable price. Tony was super knowledgeable and overall an amazing technician. To be able to go from a broken heater to a brand new one within a day is simply amazing and I couldnt have asked for a better experience despite the issues. Our tech was Jason and he was absolutely amazing! He got here and got right to work. Once he found the source to our problems, he was speedy with writing up necessary quotes. My husband pulled into our driveway right as Jason was writing these up. So once he had the quotes completed, he took my husband to our crawl space to show him where the issue(s) laid. Then once we discussed each quote thoroughly, he completed the job. There was a fuse that he didn't have with him but he showed my husband what exactly it was, where they are are sold, and how to replace it. We are PCSing out of state later this year for 24 months. But we plan on completely replacing our water heater in 12-18 months once it gets closer to time for us to move back and be living here full time again. So when we do get to that point of completely replacing it, we'd absolutely LOVE to have Jason back out here to do it. He was seriously so fantastic! Close

One of my outdoor units was frozen over so I called dependable Hiller. They came out the next morning which was a pleasant surprise because of our below average temps. The technician was very friendly and helpful. After about an hour of diagnosis he gave me several options and never tried to up sell me. Great service for a fair price. Edit: they came back out 48 hours later because my second unit stopped working. I was very happy with the quick response but was kind of shocked by the final price of repair. The issue was that a wire had become disconnected which was causing the unit to stay off. They put two new wire nuts on to fix the problem. Cost of repairs was $170. I get the $70 come out and diagnose charge. I'll pay that all day long. But another $100 to install two wire nuts was outrageous. The added kick was the technician never reinstalled my three brand new batteries I had put in the thermostat. You have just lost a loyal customer. Close

From plumbing, to heating and cooling to electrical, we've had nothing but top notch service individuals who are professional, friendly and knowledgable. Recently, we had a situation with our dining room light fixture (it was coming loose from the ceiling) where we needed expert advice on how to take care of it. Gabriel and Logan were out on our call and found that it was attached in the attic with only one bolt which, could have been disastrous had it fallen from its brace. They reinforced it with a steel bracket assuring us that the possibility of it coming loose again would not happen. I can honestly say that Hiller Plumbing, its staff and employees serve their company with integrity, are honest and give a feeling of safety and security for a homeowner with each visit. Close

We purchased an older home recently. My newly installed fan was sparking and electricians promptly came out. They uninstalled the fan, capped the wires, and placed a cover over the hole until more work can be scheduled. It took them less than an hour to find a much larger problem that needs immediate attention that 2 home inspectors missed. In all honesty I feel like they found a problem that would have ended tragically had I not called them out here. I signed up for the monthly plan with reminders for inspections and work for peace of mind that is extremely affordable and will save me a ton of money in the future. 10/10 recommended. Doug and Micheal both went above and beyond what was part of the regular service for this appointment. Between crawling around in a very small crawl space full of mud and fixing a problem that was created by another contractor, digging and repairing plumbing issues, using materials that he purchased on his own in order to fix another issue that was again not the fault of Hiller and spending a full hour longer on the appointment to get it done right. Our property is a mess and has issues but they never complain or made us feel bad, they just focused on the customer service. This is at least the 2nd or 3rd time Doug has been out here and he always leaves us feeling great about the service. Him and his colleague was very knowledgeable and did a very good job with unclogging, cleaning and replacing the old pipes with new pipes. The new pipes are easier to remove and hopefully will last a long time. Mr Acosta and his partner also put a pair of over shoes to protect our floor when they were working. I called my old company to see if they could fix the problem. But they couldn't give me an estimate. But Hunter did. He even explained how my warranty worked with any company. The repair guys went right to work and only dug 2 little holes in my yard, replaced the entire main line from the meter to the house. Then to my surprise they went out if their way to put the yard back to better than it was before the leaks. They added more rock and rubber mulch. The technicians were very friendly, respectful and informative. My house had the original 1957 wiring with the fuse box located inside the kitchen cabinet. Upgrading to circuit breakers required putting a new panel on the other side of the kitchen and running all new wiring to the panel. The four technicians, some times five technicians, worked very hard, quickly, and long hours to get my house updated to the current residential electrical code. For the first time I felt that I did not get the normal Hiller excellent service. I think that the price was WAY too high to cut a piece of wire and put it in place with two wire nuts. The wire nuts are outside and when the weather gets to them, I will be out there repairing them properly with butt splice connectors and sealing them. Overall, our technician was clean and professional as they always are. Very polite to my wife and me and had us going quickly. So to sum up, I don't think I got the Hiller quality and value from this trip. We will continue to use them as they are the absolute best and most dependable game in town for HVAC and Plumbing.
