The office in Chattanooga handled the repair. They expedited the response as the system was totally down in freezing weather and the technician actually arrived early. Daniel Quirk handled the repair and my message to Hiller is: "Do everything you can do to keep this individual on your team!!!" You could not ask for a more competent, friendly and informative service provider. Daniel projects the warmest yet most competent image your company could hope for. The other said would be out Thursday or Friday and never showed called Monday said she did not see anything written down. Again, She said they would be out Thursday or Friday never came. I was very frustrated did a Google search as my water leak had been going on for 6 weeks. Set and appointment on Saturday they were out here early Monday morning. Nice, polite, considerate. We lost power due to a big storm in Chattanooga. EPB would not come reconnect us due to damage to the header on the house that was bent. I called Hiller and they came out that same night. Zach was great, he waited for EPB to come out to restore the power. He also did great work replacing the riser on the house. He went above and beyond to help us. I recommend Hiller highly.
