He explained everything and gave us some really helpful tips for various plumbing areas in our house. We were very pleased. Then we had an electrical issue and since we had such an amazing experience with the plumbing, we decided to give them a call for the electrical. Cole came in and fixed the problem in remarkably time. It was such a fast repair, I asked him to give me some quotes for few electrical projects my wife had wanted done. He quickly came up with quotes for the projects I asked about and like Matthew, gave me some helpful information on various parts of our home. Steve and Matt came and got everything up and running and sorted a work around for the bust line in the slab foundation of my house so my family could stay in my home while the permanent fix could be worked. While I would not recommend busted pipes, I would recommend Steve and Matt if you have plumbing issues. Close

Talked to a REAL person when I called, they were able to schedule me for a service within 1 hour. 3 hours from placing the initial call, the repairs were completed and the house was cooling down. Grant was very thorough and wouldn't leave until he figured out the problem and repaired it. We had previously been ghosted by another company that apparently didn’t want to do the work to figure out where our septic problem was. From my first encounter with Jose (who came to diagnose the issue), to meeting with the project manager, to having Dale and Matthew complete the work - this was an easy process. I never felt pressured or talked down to. They kept me informed when unexpected problems arose (from how our system was installed years ago). I’m happy I Choose Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical to help my house become a home. Mark Johnson was the project manager. He exceeded my expectation and was extremely reliable when it came to answering questions and fast replies on emails, text messages, and phone calls. Mike was the plumbing team leader that repiped my 1 bathroom house in under two days with his spectacular team. They made me feel like family and treated my house and family with kindness and respect. Eli and his electrician team helped bring my 1940’s house to a much safer condition than it was. The electricians did grounding work and a full inspection that included fire detector education and cleaning my ceiling fans. His team tested everything imaginable and gave me good references for roofing contractors. If Hiller did roofing I would be investing even more to their Tennessee based company that has expanded to other states. I had over $12,000 worth of work completed. The price I paid was less than that and I will only be using Hiller for Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical. The happy Hiller Club was something I purchased and immediately got full plumbing,electrical,A/C, and heat pump inspection/maintenance for around $50 a category. The club gives me assurance and normal prices for emergency and weekend calls, $100 credit for a future purchase of a service, and just plain happiness. I contracted with Hiller LLC to service an outdoor emergency generator at a home I had recently purchased. I knew nothing about how this large and expensive unit operated. The Hiller technician team arrived during their promised arrival window and then began the tune up and service of the unit. They spent approximately three hours servicing the unit, including an unexpected repair. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent, as near as I could tell. The lead technician also spent a brief but important period of time with me explaining generally how the unit worked. The unit had been turned off when we purchased the home. We recently purchased an older home and after living in it for a few months we discovered we had several electrical issues, so we scheduled an appointment with Hiller. When Jeremy arrived, he began addressing each and every issue on our list. He was very efficient but at the same time was able to explain each issue and how those issues could be fixed. I was also impressed with Jeremy’s ability to immediately identify issues that were missed by a thorough home inspection. Throughout the appointment Jeremey made sure all our questions were answered and all our concerns were addressed. Jeremy was also super friendly. The appointment felt like we were talking to a neighbor, and we really appreciated that. Had storm issues which fried several components appliances and central unit wouldn't work when the electrical division arrived I didn't know there were three divisions they informed me that I needed HVAC so when HVAC come he worked diligently and fix my problem although he left the cover off of my outdoor central unit which I think you know they do pictures of details and I don't understand why that was over looked but that was fixed and then the plumber come out to do the plumbing issues and they wanted 2300 for a drain and so I feel like over all the company is great but I feel like it's overpriced in the plumbing division I was also charged three service calls which I was advised that would be taken off and just a turned into one service call. This company is almost the best, I highly recommend. They send pictures of the technicians and they arrive when they say they will which means a lot.Its Great to know I have a dependable 24/7 very professional company I can rely on!y'! Our central air furnace unit was cutting on and off after a minute of run time. The HVAC electrician was professional and nice and also took a good amount of time troubleshooting the problem. After testing all components within the unit he came to a conclusion that the wire connections weren’t properly connected. Securing and tightening of the connections resulted in the unit running properly. The electrician also gave insight on a new thermostat that he recommended and also warned me of occurrences/problems like this happening again. Given that my unit was a 1995 model I agreed with him. He explained in detail everything they were going to do. When service was completed, he walked me through everything they had done and demonstrated that everything was now working properly.
