Our A/C wasn't blowing cold and barely moved air around. Called the folks at Hiller yesterday and our technician, Brent, was here this morning bright and early. He was SUPER helpful with diagnosing the problem (the fan went out after almost 10 years) and even went ahead and did a tune up on the A/C system. He walked me through everything he checked while doing diagnostics and was extremely informative. Now I'm sitting and writing this review while the house FINALLY cools off. He was awesome, the company is awesome and I'm DEFINITELY a happy customer! 10/10 would highly recommend and use them again. THANKS AGAIN BRENT!!! Close

They completed the job at approximately 4 pm on Wed Nov 2, 2022.I have to say these young men all did an outstanding job. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, explained every detail on the job site as well as cleaning up after installation of water heater & all new water lines under the house & under each sink & commode except the upstairs bathroom. I called Hiller on a Tuesday morning and Blake Lewis came out by that afternoon to determine what repairs were required and to give me an estimate, an estimate which I felt was quite reasonable given the amount of work required, that is cutting into walls to find and repair the problem. He called the office to arrange the repairs the very next afternoon. Wednesday afternoon, Blake arrived with Ethan, exactly when promised. (Hiller Techs are always on time, oftentimes arriving early.). Blake and Ethan were professional and polite, typical of all Hiller Techs. The work was done within the promised time frame and after completion, they double-checked their work not once by twice. Excellent job done by highly competent professionals Close

After not hearing back from them in 10 days, I reach out to them to know the status of the part and the repair. Repair is finally made on day 12. I appreciate the service, price of service, and the fact that the plumber was professional; however, I would advise that this company touch basis with their customers to update status of parts and repairs, within a few days, if at all possible. We received a text each day with the time of arrival and a picture of the technician that would be working that day. We also received a daily courtesy call to let us know that the technicians were in route. The technicians were professional and respectful of our property. They did a wonderful job on our project.
