I had a water line break and the water flowed into a floor receptacle causing a short. I contacted Hiller and within a few hours they had an electrician, Roy Hastings, on the way. Roy arrived and quickly determined the issue and a resolution. Roy provided information on the work to be performed along with an accurate estimate of the charges. I approved and Roy went to work. Roy was able to complete the repair and return our home to normal within a short time and at a fair price. Man, was that the right call… our tech Lee was so patient with us, he took care to really understand and fix our plumbing issue (main drain was clogged from years of neglect). He met and exceeded our expectations! We are legit FANS of Hiller now, and I have never said that about any type of home service company in my life! Honestly it has been a real challenge over the years to find reliable service providers (of many kinds) in Huntsville, it is such a relief to have Hiller as our go-to in caring for our house. Austin Shuburte came out to provide an estimate and electrical repairs at my home. He was outstanding and one of the best technicians of any kind I have ever had to do work at a home I owned. He was very cost conscious and yet made sure the repairs I wanted both short and long term were addressed fully, effectively, and at the lowest possible cost to me as a customer. He was prompt, thorough, focused, respectful, and fully answered my questions and concerns he was authorized to address. He promptly scheduled a project manager who was able to come out the same day to address my long term needs. He is a real asset to Hiller and a model example as a technician. May God bless him always!!! RJ Robinson, Project Manager, came out to provide an estimate for long term electrical repairs which necessitate a rewiring at my home. He was prompt, thorough, focused, respectful, and fully answered my questions and concerns. I have been a customer of Hiller for at least 10 years. I am extremely pleased with the plumbing work I received from Hiller and in particular Chase. He has fixed two different jobs here at my home this fall. Both were leaking faucets that were 25 and 15 years old respectively. I appreciate the fine communication, extremely friendly and fast but excellent and fastidious work. Chase caught a problem leak in the wall that he repaired today. If I had done the job myself, I don’t believe I would have listened for the sound that he heard that allowed him to locate the leak and he fixed it so quickly. I’m completely happy that the job was done right by someone who has taken excellent care of my house. Close

He took his time and explained my problem and answered additional questions, he provided me a detailed analysis for my repairs and his completed work went above my expectations. And he was definitely right. An excellent experience, and our only issues are (1) the unit gives off an irritating loud hum that can be heard inside our home whenever the RUUD unit is running (2) the thin sheet metal that surrounds the large air supply hose from the unit (left side as you look towards the house) vibrates badly, as though the big hose has an air leak (3) a large bead of old silicone that surrounded the old sheet metal from the last unit wasn’t removed from the brick of the house. Today I was researching companies who could do some electrical work. I called and was told someone would come out the same day. I informed them it was not an emergency. They set it up as a same day call anyway. Then I get a call asking if they can come earlier?. The company sent me details of the tech prior to his arrival (felt super safe). Two units, a 1 1/2 ton and a 2 1/2 ton units. The installers were Seth, Nick and Michael. They did a stellar job, a great install, left the area clean and both systems are working great. However, post completion, multiple chunks of waste from the old broken pipe (presumably grease and toilet paper) were scattered in portions of my lawn resulting in both my dogs ingesting it followed by vomiting it out within multiple areas. We had multiple quotes from different companies, but Corey was able to match the competitors price while providing a superior unit (20 SEER vs 18 SEER) and Hiller was able to install the unit the next day. Nick came out to install the unit and did a great job. We had some issues with our Nest thermostats and the Bosch compatibility and Hiller replaced both thermostats with new Ecobees at no additional charge! He was charming, helpful, and fast. He explained the issue, without making us feel silly. He was done by 8 pm. Professional, kind, and quick.
