Having your tech come out, charge me $249 to make no difference in the air in my house, all the while telling my wife, who was the one home, that I was making the wrong decision about not signing up for a membership (which, as I explained to him, i wanted to see your companies work first). I was on the phone with my wife almost the entire time he was there. I heard everything he thought was wrong, And he blamed so many things. He prattled about the "13°" difference means it's doing better. All while my unit downstairs was keeping the temperature at 74°. It was 78° upstairs when he got here and 80 when he left. I'm so glad I didn't sign up for your membership if this is the kind of work you provide. Your tech only seemed to know the bare minimum and when that wasn't good enough to fix it, he was done.
