Very disappointed with Hiller. You would think at the amount of money a brand new unit cost & it basically being brand new. I would not be having issues already. It was installed back in February, by April it was having problems. Graeme was sent out, had that issue fixed within minutes. However just weeks ago it’s now not holding temp in the house. Thermostat is set to 69 & it’s staying in the 80’s. Called to have a technician sent out. James was sent. He pretty much just complained about how tired he was because of it being hot the day before & working late. That’s part of your job. He blamed the issue on the heat wave & said my thermostat needed to have been moved in the original install. Weeks later & the issue is still not fixed. Close

Deavante changed the main breaker on our outside panel as well as the AC breaker. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me. 5 star service!

One of their 'plumbers' came out and removed one part from a tankless water heater for a charge of $99. I then asked them to quote replacing this tankless water heater with an exact same model and I provided the water heater. Absolutely no plumbing or vent work needed. Basically remove the two water lines and a gas line, pull the old unit off the wall, mount the replacement unit in the exact location and reconnect the three lines. Their quote was $1400.00-$1600.00!!! Or they would sell me a different water heater and install it for just over $5000.00!!! I had a reputable company come out and do the job for $350. It took less than 2 hours. So I guess Hiller charges $700-$800 per hour. Brain surgeons don't demand that rate per hour. Keep this in mind when you need plumbing work done. And remember the name Angry Dave's when you're looking for a plumber. Close
