He was the first person that told me about the courtesy pick up and drop off. He was so nice and apologized for it not being mentioned to me. Because of it I spent $349 dollars today getting a few maintenance things and not having to coordinate with friends not knowing when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. My water heater went out. Called Hiller and they sent a technician out within 3 hours. He inspected the old one and quoted parts to get it running again. After considering the cost of parts and repair decided to opt for a new one. He was able to locate a commercial grade replacement and installed and checked it out for proper operation by the end of the day..He was very curious and professional during his time here. While he was installing the new one the owner even came by to make sure we were satisfied with the replacement water heater and service. We’ve used them before for some electrical work and were very satisfied with them. I Will use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing hvac, electrical or plumbing work. Close

Paul was brilliant. He fixed all my issues. My disposal works and didn't need to be replaced. He even showed me what to do if it gets jammed again. He replaced the old water heater which took a lot of work including running out to pick up one of the few water heaters that would actually fit. Removing the old one was made more difficult because it wouldn't drain. My calculations showed that full of water was over 300 pounds not including the weight of the equipment. Holy crow, he is my hero !!! Close

I called Hiller at approximately 11:00 a.m. The Lady at the call center, I neglected to catch her name, but she was SPOT ON and got me a "Window" of 1-3:00 p.m. WOW!!! 10 Stars in my book. I received a text message stating the Technician, Scott P. Was enroute. Then a follow up call from the office to reconfirm. Scott arrived a few minutes early and remedied the situation easily. He was awesome as were the Ladies "Behind the scenes" Price was EXTREMELY fair Service was EXTREMELY good from start to finish. I called Monday October 23, Tuesday morning October 24 a project manager came out and gave me an estimate by Friday October 27 at noon I had a brand new HVAC unit. Connection under the home was not installed incorrectly by previous owner. We purchased this home in April 2023. Hiller came out and found the issue right away and fixed the problem same day, within 1/2 hour. Scott was very helpful and courteous. Explained everything and advised additional recommendations to improve the piping in our home. Paul from Hiller came to our house and was here on time, really friendly to deal with and he was able to help get us taken care of quickly. We bought our home a year ago and the toilet in our master bath was always slow to flush. Sadly it was overflowing and we couldn't clear it ourselves. Paul came out and found that 26 feet into the drain line there was a blockage. He was able to get the entire thing cleared out for us and showed us what he did so we understood the process. These type of repairs aren't cheap but the quality of their work makes it worth it! We are really glad we called Hiller to get this repair done and would definitely use them again. During the discussions, I also requested the installation of a whole house water filtration system in addition to my request to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Work expertly accomplished.
