Had a great experience with Hiller in Lebanon. They were quick to respond and sent their plumber Dakota out to fix a toilet that was rocking and needed the flange fixed. Dakota was knowledgeable and professional and communicated clearly about the situation and about the cost up front. He did great work and had it back in shape in no time, excellent work! Hiller has done a lot of work for us over the years and never disappointed! Today Lebanon branch Plumbing Manager Dagan Fultz showed me the fittings used to patch a drain pipe leak and I now feel sure I won’t have another slow-growing leak after I put up new drywall. Very disappointed with Hiller. You would think at the amount of money a brand new unit cost & it basically being brand new. I would not be having issues already. It was installed back in February, by April it was having problems. Graeme was sent out, had that issue fixed within minutes. However just weeks ago it’s now not holding temp in the house. Thermostat is set to 69 & it’s staying in the 80’s. Called to have a technician sent out. James was sent. He pretty much just complained about how tired he was because of it being hot the day before & working late. That’s part of your job. He blamed the issue on the heat wave & said my thermostat needed to have been moved in the original install. Weeks later & the issue is still not fixed. Close

Deavante changed the main breaker on our outside panel as well as the AC breaker. He was friendly, efficient and explained everything to me. 5 star service!
