From the receptionist answering the phone to the A/C tech that came out, the experience was over the top compared to some other experiences I have had with other companies in the Memphis area. They actually showed up when they said they would. Waisted time off from work in the past with companies canceling at the last hour of my arrival windows and even getting no call no shows. They have business from now on and their yearly two season cleaning deal they have is worth it for sure. Close

Our upstairs, 17 yr old AC unit finally quit. Could have replaced the compressor but decided it was time to get a new unit. Price shopped around for a Trane or similar brand ($5k - 8200) and although, Hiller wasn’t the cheapest, they were very competitive, and could install it in a couple of days during the busiest/hottest time of the year in Memphis. Decided to get our ducts cleaned as well, and their price was $500 less than another competitor. They notified me they were on their way the morning of the install, and three nice men (Alex, AJ and Will) showed up at 0830 ready to go. Their were some installation challenges which required replacing the existing thermostat with a temporary one (exact replacement to be purchased and installed by them later), but they kept me informed of their progress and were responsive to my concerns. I made sure they had plenty of snacks and drinks because I was afraid they would pass out from heat exhaustion. They left around 530 after cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied. Everyone I dealt at Hiller from the sales rep who came out (Geoff), to their office staff were friendly and professional, which is difficult to find these days. Highly recommend! Close

Had a guest bathroom vanity & sink that was recently replaced … I tried to re-hook up the water and install a new sink stopper but ran into difficulties… called Hiller - the receptionist on the phone was great and Mr. Dwight did a good job finishing off my project - he was kind and told me that my repair attempt “was on the right road.” Highly recommend Hiller!
