Cooling Tune-Up: We’ll clean and inspect your air conditioning unit and all its working parts, lubricate its mechanical components, check ductwork, filters and airflow, calibrate your thermostat, tighten all connections.
Plumbing Inspection: We’ll thoroughly inspect your home’s pipes, water connections, drains/drainage, toilets, faucets, and water pressure, flush your water heater, test its components, and complete any other checklist functions.
Electrical Inspection: We’ll complete a 33-point critical home-safety checklist, tune-up your electrical panel and test its connections, test all smoke detectors, dust ceiling fansup to 16 feet off the floor, test all light bulbs.

I agree that all visits must be used within the term of the membership; visits may not be redeemed past the membership expiration date. Visits are not guaranteed; Hiller will periodically remind clients to schedule visits, but clients are ultimately responsible for scheduling visits. *Hiller Credit has no cash value and may only be used toward the purchase of HVAC Replacement Units, Repipes, Water Heaters, Generators or Electrical Panels. Hiller Credit is not transferable and any balance will be forfeited if not used upon termination of club membership. Refunds will not be provided on memberships; clients will not receive refunds for cancelling service or not using visits before membership expires. Upon cancellation, any funds unpaid for services rendered will be due. Membership may be transferred from one owner to another. Membership may also stay with the original owner to another address, however additional fees may apply. I understand the monthly payment option will continue until a written notice of termination is received at the corporate office; allow up to two weeks for termination processing.
