Outstanding experience, start to finish. I’m in south Giles county and was serviced out of the Columbia Hiller office. Thomas set up the work order for a large project, replacing my current HVAC system and duct work. The project went smoothly and came in on budget with financing options that allowed me to do the whole job at once. Back in service with a great new unit, warranty and no complications. Highly recommend. Close

We have used Hiller Plumbing in Columbia, TN almost 5 times now for various plumbing - pex pipe installation, tankless waterheater, toilet install - and HVAC - all new ductwork replacement & repair - and have had WONDERFUL experiences every time!! We've had the same plumbing tech, Austin, at least 3 of those times. He, Kaylen, and the other techs that have come out are always polite, professional, and on time! Communication is always clear and to the point with pictures to show everything that is goin on in the areas that we can't get to. We'll continue to call and use Hiller for all of our needs in the future!! Awesome company, but most importantly awesome employees that make Hiller an awesome company to use!! Close

Update 07/08. Hiller read this review, contacted us by phone and sent plumbers out today. Work completed to our satisfaction. Hiller has never been the “cheapest” but was always great. Thank you Hiller. We have used Hiller the last 12 years, 4 replacement HVAC units, added 2 mini splits,added a new 1" gas line to house, additional 50 amp circuit or RV, a different 100 amp circuit to garage for pottery, Tankless water heater. 10 years annual maintenance for plumbing and electrical, today I am told they cannot move our dryer to get to a leaky/smelly gas line to fix it. I am 72 and saying goodbye Hiller Close

Ray was amazing and fixed our air conditioning problem in less than 10 minutes upon arrival. We contacted him at 6:30 AM, he arrived at the house the same day before 9 AM, and had the problem fixed before 9 AM. Simply perfect service. Will recommend to everyone. Close
