How Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation Works

Step 1
Inspection & Prep
A camera inspection identifies the damaged area inside the pipe. The line is then cleaned with specialized tools to remove buildup, roots, and debris so the liner can bond smoothly.

Step 2
Positioning The Packer
A packer loaded with a UV-activated fiberglass liner is guided into the pipe and set in place at the repair site. Its flexibility makes it easy to maneuver through bends and transitions.

Step 3
Controlled Inflation
Once positioned, the packer inflates and presses the liner tightly against the pipe’s interior walls. This ensures even contact and prepares for curing.

Step 4
Uv Casting
LED UV lights inside the packer activate the liner’s resin. Within minutes, the liner cures and hardens into a strong, seamless “pipe within a pipe.”

Step 5
Final Inspection
The packer is removed, and a final camera inspection confirms the repair. The result is a smooth, long-lasting solution ready for reliable use.
