Hiller has always sought to satisfy me as a customer but this repair has damaged their reputation with me. The condensation leak in my partially encapsulated crawl space is still leaking from two other areas now, after the techs said that it was fixed. I go there and find my door open and the light on. The condensation pump had insulation from the hard pipe they installed previously underneath it, I guess to level it, but it was soaked from the nearby leak. There is more but I am too frustrated to continue. Close
