Hiller of Cookeville-I had multiple people out today and they all did a phenomenal job. Brock with Hiller Heating and Cooling! Him and the crew went above and beyond when helping with our septic tank issue. Not only did they expertly dig it out, but they also tackled the unexpected challenge of a tree trunk that was blocking access. They didn’t hesitate to go the extra mile, and his hard work, professionalism, and positive attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. And if you’re looking for someone who truly goes the extra mile, Paul is your guy. He’s always been dependable and dedicated when it comes to our septic system, but today he went above and beyond in a way most wouldn’t. Faced with a major issue in an older system, he didn’t hesitate he got in and did what had to be done, even jumping into the septic tank to remove a massive root blocking things up.
