I have to say this is my first review but I just felt the need to share my experience with a company in the local Birmingham area recently!
You know how sometimes you just know you’ve found “the one”? That’s how I feel about Hiller. I’ve gone through my share of companies—the good, the bad, and the just plain forgettable—but Hiller is in a league of their own. I’m not just satisfied; I’m completely blown away.
From the moment the technician stepped through my door, it wasn’t just a service call; it felt like a family member had come to help. The knowledge and expertise were incredible, but what really got me was the heart behind it. They don’t just fix problems; they genuinely care.
The GM told me they’re trying to set a new standard in the industry, and they would do whatever it takes to turn the heads of the people and show them that there is 1 company in town you can always call and feel confident about….and wow… he wasn’t kidding. The passion they have for what they do is contagious and, frankly, unheard of. You can feel it in every interaction. They don’t see you as just another job; they see you as a person they can help.
Take it from someone who has been through the ringer: if you need anything—plumbing, electrical, or HVAC—don’t waste your time with anyone else. Hiller is the real deal, and I can promise you, once you use them, you will never, ever call another company again.
