Ben at Happy Hiller servicing my parents Smyrna, TN resident today was beyond outstanding. We cannot give enough praises for this guys professionalism and expertise. Hiller Team, I hope this review makes its way to your management. My parents loved Ben and the whole service experience he provided us. He arrived during the severe Winter Snow happening across TN this January 2024 and their house needed that heating to work before night comes! Ben delivered! He greeted me promptly, asked what the issue was, and invited me to come watch him troubleshoot. He was very welcoming throughout the entire time he was in our resident working and provided us prompt updates and we just really felt he went above and beyond resprenting Hiller. We are extremely satisfied with his technical repairs and suggestions. My parents loved the extra savings Ben was able to do after tinkering more with the HVAC! Thank you Ben and Hiller. You deserve the raise and recognition!
