This review is more for the folks at Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical than it is for the general public. I had my HVAC serviced today in Soddy Daisy, TN. The office in Chattanooga handled the repair. They expedited the response as the system was totally down in freezing weather and the technician actually arrived early.
Daniel Quirk handled the repair and my message to Hiller is: “Do everything you can do to keep this individual on your team!!!” You could not ask for a more competent, friendly and informative service provider. Daniel projects the warmest yet most competent image your company could hope for. I hope his supervisors at Hiller get this message and recognize the great resource they have. There is no better resource than your employees and Daniel is one employee you will want to keep!
