I am so pleased that Jerry Hiller insured that his staff corrected a deficiency on our Rinnai tankless water heater. We had it installed 2 years ago and it took up to 6 minutes for hot water in our kitchen and bath. We found out from other plumbers that the Rinnai did not have a recirculating element. Called Rinnai & they said our model did not have that element vs when we had it done in a previous location the company installed the model with the recirculating element. It was going to cost us upwards of $6K to have a plumber do this. I wrote Jerry Hiller and addressed such issues as when we had it installed no one told us there was different models, etc. and also addressed the importance of explaining to customers various options. Jerry Hiller went in to immediate positive action contacting the Cookeville team. Within days I was contacted by Ronnie who told me Jason would come out to do an assessment. He also stated that they would put an additional element underneath the furtherest bath. This was all done at no cost to us. Now we have hot water in seconds. Many thanks to Jerry, Ronnie, and Jason for being willing to go that extra mile to make corrections on behalf of the customer. VERY IMPRESSIVE!
