Jason Farmer got out quickly when our HVAC died in the middle of sub freezing temperature in Nashville. He was kind, educational, answered all my questions, and did a thorough job. He had the part that was needed already in his truck and once he got the furnace to work again, he waited with it for a while to make sure it wouldn’t kick and it was in good working shape. He also took multiple voltage measurements throughout the process to make sure it was consistently hitting the right target.
I’m always skeptical of anyone in the housing repair industry since I’ve had plenty of bad experiences and Jason was above and beyond and the pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely falling back if/when there’s an issue.
