I am so thankful for Danny from the Northern Hiller Plumbing and Air out of Goodlettsville. Even though we were an add-on to his day and he couldn’t get to us until 4:30, he treated us like we were the first visit of the day and he was not tired from an already over full day of HVAC issues. He was kind, thoughtful, quick to getting our heat going. He spent the time that was needed to discover the issue and get us running so we could stay running during this cold snap. Both the phone personnel and Danny were 5 star example of great customer service during a very difficult time. Thank you Hiller.
