Outstanding Service from Ibzan and the Hiller Team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Hiller last week! On a chilly night with temperatures dropping into the 40s, I came home to discover smoke billowing out of my HVAC heating unit – definitely not what you want to see when you need heat the most! I immediately called Hiller, and technician Ibzan came to my rescue.
From the moment he arrived, his professionalism and expertise were evident. He quickly diagnosed the problem, handled the situation with calm confidence, and had my heat restored in no time.
What really impressed me was how friendly and personable Ibzan was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and made sure I understood what was happening with my system. His knowledge and customer service skills are absolutely exceptional.
Ibzan is such a wonderful representative of Hiller – he embodies their slogan perfectly: “Happy You’ll Be or the Service is Free!” I was so impressed with his service that I signed up for the Happy Hiller Club monthly support program right then and there.
