Spent two days dealing with backed up drains and toilets that would not flush. This was a major disruption to a running household with a single mom, two kids, one with autism.
The technician that came out, Jeremiah F. / Hiller Plumbing Co-Knoxville was a true professional. His patience around such a challenging work environment showed to me his exemplary work ethics . In my opinion a true hero of the day !
He came here, assessed the situation, came up with a plan , and then carried it out , to a great outcome.
