We have had several problems since installing our AC unit with Hiller 4 years ago. Here is where Hiller did an outstanding job righting a wrong. I contacted Hiller in Nashville and was connected with Kirk, a manager. He came to our house, inspected everything and within 2 weeks we had a new unit and ductwork. His initiative and genuine concern showed the entire time I dealt with him. He stayed in contact and when the job was done he came out with a crew and personally inspected every square inch of the work they completed. I was not happy with Hiller in the beginning but Kirk turned that all around by his level of attention and understanding. VERY happy with what was done to get everything right!
