Our upstairs, 17 yr old AC unit finally quit. Could have replaced the compressor but decided it was time to get a new unit. Price shopped around for a Trane or similar brand ($5k – 8200) and although, Hiller wasn’t the cheapest, they were very competitive, and could install it in a couple of days during the busiest/hottest time of the year in Memphis. Decided to get our ducts cleaned as well, and their price was $500 less than another competitor. They notified me they were on their way the morning of the install, and three nice men (Alex, AJ and Will) showed up at 0830 ready to go. Their were some installation challenges which required replacing the existing thermostat with a temporary one (exact replacement to be purchased and installed by them later), but they kept me informed of their progress and were responsive to my concerns. I made sure they had plenty of snacks and drinks because I was afraid they would pass out from heat exhaustion. They left around 530 after cleaning up and making sure I was satisfied. Everyone I dealt at Hiller from the sales rep who came out (Geoff), to their office staff were friendly and professional, which is difficult to find these days. Highly recommend!
