We have been associated with Knoxville Hiller since 2016 and have always been impressed with their expertise in plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Our 15-year-old AC/heating system has been on its last legs for the past three years and an inspection by Hiller last week determined that we would need a new system. and professional Project Manager and we purchased a new Amana 16 SEER system which was installed on 31 March 2023.
The installation team of HVAC Lead Installer, Nour El Bachiri and his assistant Jacob Yoder were outstanding from beginning to completion. They were timely, extremely courteous, professional, helpful, and possessed a vast knowledge of expertise. They were very patient in explaining the different stages of the installation and in briefing us on the overall workings of the system and how to work the Honeywell thermostat. They worked tirelessly for 8 hours straight with very little down time. I am very grateful for these two Hiller employees and to Hiller for all the great service I have received over the years.
