All I have to say is I have never had a more responsive, timely, and affordable service for my Plumbing/HVAC needs in all my life. Hiller is a life saver when something goes wrong. Two cases… Air Conditioner on the fritz, still under warranty (only a year old) from Russo’s (I think Hiller bought them out in Panama City, FL). Call up, Hiller is like, we can have someone out tomorrow. They come out the next day, diagnose, repair, tune up the A/C and it costed NOTHING as it was still under warranty. Very pleased here.
Second case. Hook up a garbage disposal, looks good, but my tenant calls and it leaked out when the dishwasher was ran. I live out of state so I call one company (this is day before Thanksgiving mind you) and they’re like, Monday is the earliest. Call Hiller up, its 0930am, and they’re like, we can have someone there between 10-12. They come over, diagnose, and are done by 11 (I’m an idiot and left the drain block for the dishwasher in the disposal when installing *facepalm*, as a novice plumber I’ll stick to my day job!). Their technician, James Chapman, was prompt, professional, courteous. The cost for my stupidity was fair and reasonable as well!
I will say, not every large more “corporatized” Plumbing/HVAC company provides this kind of service. Hiller has hit a home run and saved the day on multiple occasions for me. I cannot recommend them enough if you need something done in a timely manner! Thank you Hiller!
